Lecturer's Medallion:Mgr. Martina Winklerová, Ph.D. graduated in English Language and Physical Education at the University of Hradec Kralove and postgraduate program in Kinanthropology at Masaryk University in Brno. Currently, she holds the position of assistant professor and is a supervisor of the English language course at the Department of Economic Studies at the Polytechnic University of Jihlava. He is also a lecturer in sports activities such as swimming, spinning, yoga and pilates. In addition, he is also involved in nutritional counselling, where he uses his knowledge and experience to promote a healthy lifestyle in adults, children and athletes.
Annotation:The course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of key aspects of healthy living and disease prevention. The course will focus on the following areas: Basic anatomy and physiology of the human body, understanding its functions and importance to overall health. Food and the consumer: information on the nutritional value of food, how to read labels and how to navigate the food market. Healthy Eating Principles: Practical advice and recommendations for a balanced diet that promotes health and disease prevention. Psychohygiene through movement: the importance of movement for mental health, techniques and exercises to improve mental well-being. Practical Exercise Lessons: Lessons focusing on a variety of physical activities that promote physical fitness and overall health. First Aid: Basic skills and knowledge needed to provide first aid in a variety of situations. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to actively look after their health and prevent illness through an informed and healthy lifestyle.
