Exercise on the rehabilitation ball

Lecturer's Medallion: Graduate of the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia, study programme Teaching Mathematics and Physical Education, and Faculty of Sports Studies of Masaryk University, study programme Kinanthropology. He is currently the head of the Sports Office at the College of Polytechnics Jihlava. He tries not to shy away from any sports discipline, his favourite sports are winter sports, alpine and water tourism.

Annotation: Exercise with an overball and rehabilitation ball is ideal for seniors. The difficulty of the exercises can be adapted to the current fitness level of each individual. Exercises are safe with no significant risk of injury. Exercises help develop physical fitness and promote preserving self-sufficiency in old age. Group exercises develop social contact, and individual exercises can be easily applied individually in the home environment. The course will be open with a minimum of 15 - 20 people.
