Magical places of the four continents

Lecturer's medallion. The lecturer has graduated from Charles University in Prague in Geography. He has worked as a climatologist, editor of the magazine 100+1 ZZ, translator from German and French, and lecturer at the Polyglot language school. He is the author of the books The Cold Planet, Attila, Bernard of Clairvaux and Alain-Fournier. As a U3V lecturer, he focuses on geography, history, mythology, religion and literature.

Annotation: A selection of the world's cultural and natural sites, places to think and dream about. Ein Kessel Buntes of information on history, geography, sustainability, religion, mythology and literature related to these places. We will go to the roots, and participants will learn about contexts not mentioned in any tourist guide. We will also tell the stories of people from four continents: Europe, Asia, South America and North America because the measure of all the world's monuments is, after all, their Creator. The course will be open with a minimum of 20 people.

Number of semesters: 2

Teaching day: Tuesdays

Learning Time: 12:00-1:30 p.m.

Course End: Quiz at the end of each semester
