Admission of applicants

Application for U3V courses can only be made by electronic application. Individual e-applications are listed separately for each programme. Assistance in completing the e-application form will be provided by the staff of the Centre for Lifelong Learning:  by phone (567 141 118, mobile: 775 766 391) or in person at the U3V office (room 1N031).

• Classes of the Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Applied Sciences (hereinafter referred to as CCV):

Mon - Thurs       09:00-11:30, 12:30-15:00 
   
Fri             09:00-11:30, 12:30-14:00

• Admission of applicants to U3V for the academic year 2024/2025:   April - August 2024.

In case of later interest in courses with available capacity, applications may be accepted after the regular closing date (by personal arrangement with the Lifelong Learning Centre Officer at the VŠPJ. In case of excessive interest and fulfillment of the conditions for a given course, the date of application is decisive for the admission of the applicant.

• Stage of admission of applicants:

1) Candidate = Submission of electronic application
2) CCV = In case of filling the capacity of the course, sending the preliminary decision on the opening of the course and sending the payment prescription to the candidate for the semester (In case of non-opening of the course, sending the offer of free courses).
3) CCV = information about the receipt of the fee and in case of sufficient occupancy of the course sending confirmation of the opening of the course.
4) CCV = sending the schedule of the course and other necessary information (OSH...)

• Opening of courses in the winter semester of a given academic year:usually early October of that year.

• Continuation of courses in the summer term of a given academic year: normally beginning February of that year.
